Monte Verde
Lodge is located at 5,000 feet in the Monteverde Cloud Forest
Reserve. Clouds and mist, even during the dry season keeps this
area green and lush. The Lodge grounds were filled with beautiful
plants, flowers and a Agouti (raccoon family) that I chased for
a couple of days and got nothing but a blur. Trying to remember
the advise of our professional photographer on the Antarctica
trip, who advised us to put our cameras down sometimes and just
enjoy the view. Memories are great too!
